Refund Policy

At Pure Table, we want you to feel confident when ordering porcelain tableware online. Every order is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. If something is not right, we will always do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@puretable.eu. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, and proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required. Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide the correct return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We understand that ordering fragile porcelain products online requires trust. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number together with photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging. After verification, we will offer either a replacement.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider as processing times may vary, and finally contact your bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@puretable.eu.
