Production & Delivery Information

Pure Table products are not mass-stocked items.
Each order is prepared specifically after confirmation, allowing us to maintain consistent quality and reduce unnecessary storage and waste.

Production Time

After an order is confirmed, the items enter production.
Production typically takes approximately 30 days before dispatch.

Because the tableware is made to order, we kindly ask for understanding that immediate shipping is not possible. This approach ensures consistent finish, quality control and safe packaging of fragile porcelain pieces.

Delivery

Once production is completed, the order is shipped within the European Union.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Packaging & Safety

All items are packed using protective packaging suitable for fragile porcelain products. We take special care to ensure that every piece arrives safely.

If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please photograph the package before opening and contact us at info@puretable.eu.
